Hints: Released in 1984, won MTV Music Award for Best Group Video, and peaked at #8.

"Legs" and I didn't cheat and look it up... I watched it during a trip into a YouTube Vortex recently. The spin happens at 1:49.

Me too. In my high school years was the height (pun intended) of mini skirts. The school rule was the hemline had to come at least down to the tip of her thumb when she held her arms relaxed at her side. Now stand up, hold your arms at your side, and see where your thumbs come to. That is short. And with a school full of 16 to 19 year old girls it was wonderful.

A 1920s sink in Berwyn that somehow survived for the last 93 years. Still works just fine. The sink is original to the house and has never been moved. The holes in the floor are part of the Unico air conditioning system which was added to the house just a few years ago. The house is heated by radiator heat.

But, FB probably smells MUCH better and would be much livelier conversation (considering Sir Sean has been dead for several years).

I agree, Flatbutt looks to be a great guy.

As for Sir Connery, even dead he'd come in better than quite a few of my recent dates, so let's not count him out just yet. :D

I saw this map today and it still blows my mind how large Oklahoma City is compared to other major cities!
You could fit: Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, Manhattan, San Francisco and Miami inside OKC (with room to spare)! Oklahoma City legal boundaries covers over 650 square miles.

The Hagis gives Scots super human powers... Hagis is rich in vitamins and minerals and makes Scottish soldiers feared worldwide - The largest domesticated Scottish haggis herd to ever exist was raised in the town of Selkirk, nestled in the Scottish Borders their faces were much cherished for use as Sporans on Burns Night.

My business partner is in his late 50s, a pilot, owns his house, two cars, a pickup, and an airplane, has a business, in good shape and he is single. He says it if fun to go to the singles mixer bars and get swarmed by the Cougars. He will get married again right after the Unicorns bring us free energy that uses carbon from the atmosphere.

His dog Butkus? The dog in Rocky was his dog, and he still has the two turtles from the first Rocky. He had to sell Butkus because he was homeless, and could not afford to feed Butkus. When he got the first advance money from Rocky, he bought him back and had to pay like 15 grand for him.

That's nice:

Caveat: Jacksonville is located in Duval County, and there are no unincorporated areas, e.g., the entire county (with the exceptions of some very small beach areas, and one tiny westside area) are also the city limits of Jacksonville. There is no "Jacksonville City Police" but there is a sizable Sheriff's Office that provides county-wide service.

Driving east on I-10 toward Jax, you'll see this sign; note the pine trees. You'll see 'em for miles. And miles. And miles. Probably 75% of 'the city' is nothing but acres and acres of standing pine forest.

https://i.pinimg.com/736x/16/62/f7/1...4ebd49ed6d.jpg

Final trivia: Jax is split by the St. John's River, one of only two in the world that flow south-to-north. Gold Star to name the other one.

Down south, nothing but space, up north, old and compact. Manhattan isn't a city, it's part of New York City, and New York City is 300sqmi, so just under half the size of OKC. I'm surprised Miami isn't larger. I suspect it may have to do with the state govt. For instance, Houston is a bit larger than OKC. I know that Houston can "annex" land. This is an interesting link on Houston's history of annexation.
Houston is the 4th largest city in the country, and is only a little larger than OKC. Wikipedia says that OKC is only 620sqmi with ~680k folks.

Houston is the fourth most populous city in the nation, with an estimated July 2018 population of 2,325,502 (trailing only New York, Los Angeles and Chicago), and is the largest in the southern U.S. and Texas. Houston is expected to become the third most populous U.S. city during the second half of the decade of the 2020s.
The Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) covers 9,444 square miles, an area slightly smaller than Massachusetts but larger than New Jersey.
Houston's size is 665 square miles

WTF?

^That^ is NOT haggis.

This is haggis

I was very bummed when I was in Aberdeen that I didn't manage to have any haggis.
