![]() I guess some people never owned a Diesel before. Diesel nozzle is to large to fit into a gas hole.

Good to hear those nozzles are larger diameter NOW, but they weren't always. I don't know when the change happened, but I have heard of people filling up a gas car with diesel years ago.

The big semi-trucks had even larger nozzles for their lower grade Diesel (Diesel #2). I guess a mislabeled gas can could be an issue. https://www.bikebandit.com/tires-tubes/motorcycle-tires/bridgestone-spitfire-s11-raised-white-letters-motorcycle-tire/p/35844 ![]() Leaded gas and unleaded gas nozzles were different sizes too back in the day. Good old government regulation and standards.
