The Brits seem to be enjoying the Miami/ Jax game.It's a beautiful stadium and they did a nice job on the opening ceremony.
Plus the Brits seem to know the game pretty well. Of course the game is very similar to League Rugby but the crowd really seems to be into it.

If you're not watching the Bills/Titans game you just missed a great 2 point conversion by Buffalo. Josh Allen pitches to a receiver, the receiver pitches it to someone else and they toss the ball to... Josh Allen... TWO POINTS! Fun, creative play call.
Morning edit: For all that creative play call talk, the coach decides to go for it on 4th and short near the end zone with less than a minute left when a field goal would have tied the game and sent it to OT. The announcers were big on this call... but the Bills failed to get the first down and turned the ball over on downs. They tried sneaking Josh Allen and he was stuffed at the line thereby sealing the win for the Titans. I have no idea what the coach was thinking. I get playing for the win but damn! Ya gotta play for homefield advantage and OT, in my opinion, was a better chance for the win. Trust the defense and let the offense do their thing.

I just heard that the FG kicker for Jax has only been on the active roster for 1 month. Prior to that he was an engineer for Lockheed! This is the guy that kicked two 50+ yard FGs in London on Sunday.

Part of why I hate the success he has had is due to him being a Wolverine. BTW, I was only an hour from ya today. I tried to go to Founders but it was around noon when I got there and it was hard to find parking. I ended up at Saugatuk in Kzoo. Their barrel aged Neapolitan was AWESOME.

Yeah Founders is always bad for parking...a very popular downtown brewery.
You were only a mile or two from Bell's Brewery in Kazoo...home of the Two-Hearted Ale! I've never had Saugatucks beer...I will try it sometime. The city of Saugatuck is on Lake Michigan....I didn't know they had an outlet in Kazoo. Did you ever make it up to the Silver Lake sand dunes?
