I would argue that it's very different. (if thrown out)
A bar has rules for conduct. A casino should have no rules for winning. (unless they were caught cheating)

Reserve the right to refuse service. I got kicked out of a couple all you can eat places in college. Second time at the first place that is what the guy said, would not even let us in.
I waited tables and am very generous with gratuities when appropriate. I have tipped two cents before, because I did not want them thinking I forgot. I always tip in cash if i can when I am paying with a credit card, because taxes. Tipping on a lottery ticket win, nope.
