Card counters are banned and there is a black list that the casinos share with each other. Read this short article - they can legally prevent you from entering the casino.

Reserve the right to refuse service. I got kicked out of a couple all you can eat places in college. Second time at the first place that is what the guy said, would not even let us in.

I waited tables and am very generous with gratuities when appropriate. I have tipped two cents before, because I did not want them thinking I forgot.

I always tip in cash if i can when I am paying with a credit card, because taxes.
