Turtles getting some fresh water!
|
The only turtle brave enough to stand the cold....the smallest one!
<iframe type="text/html" frameborder="0" width="480" height="394" src="//video.nest.com/embedded/live/4Lc0WbToTr?autoplay=1" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
I saw that, but the video keeps freezing
|
^^^ try the direct link.
https://video.nest.com/live/4Lc0WbToTr Some browsers don't like NestCam feeds. |
It is working OK now. But it freezes on the direct link too.
|
I don't know...Nest has always had a 'camera sharing' problem.
I heard that it only allows a max of 30 sharers at once. Don't know why that would be. Maybe a bandwidth issue? |
Download is 950 Mbps here...

Excellent. Top notch.

In 2005 when my kid was the computer fix-it dude for Akron U he sent me a screen shot that showed around 125 Mbps in the pipeline for the university. That was like an OMG moment. I just did a speed test. 47 MBPS. I pay 75 per month for that. 950 Mbps is like a Veyrone vs our Chevy Vegas. |
I'm having no trouble with the turtle live feed on a Friday night.
I missed the 3:30 time window to check if the feeding frenzy repeats like yesterday. |
I just now checked mine here....89.49 download.
I've never paid any attention to the numbers...but I know Comcast isn't the best. Yeah...comparing...950 does sound extremely fast. Had my second Pfizer shot this am....feeling beat tonite. |
Hope you feel OK tomorrow! Put out a nice VASH type post on how you're dying..

It makes it down here to the south pacific just fine. In fact I've been watching it for hours in case that gorgeous topless woman walks past again. |
The little guy is hardcore on getting a tan!
|
^^^ Yeah, he's a tough little one. It's 59 degrees and overcast here.
He is also very timid. The pond is at least 30 feet from the house door. Any time the door opens, he is back in the water. He will grow out of that eventually. https://video.nest.com/live/4Lc0WbToTr |
Homelander (the biggest one) and Black Noir seem to be up to something.
|
They might be wondering why there is no food bowl.
One of them kicked the thing (loaded with food) into the water last night. I'll fill it back up in a while. https://video.nest.com/live/4Lc0WbToTr |
I never feed the fish anything...they trail the turtles and get the leftovers and remains.

He doesn't seem camera shy...must be a pro! |
