I'm in the construction business in Brooklyn, so yes, all day long.

BTW, F__K is the most fitting word for so many occasions and circumstances.

Now that's funny.

I cuss constantly but I try to be aware of my audience. My boss doesn't cuss so I try to behave around him, 'try' being the key word.

My wife is the funny one. Picture this cute little Thai woman dropping something in the grocery store with a bunch of people around angrily saying "F... me!"

Full of nope to that.

It has its place. It is special and needs to be used when it reallllly needs to be used. Use it too often and it loses its special place and meaning.

I've got some techs working with me that can't go a sentence without using it. I'm judgy - capable or not they're less awesome that the ones that can keep it PG rated.

(and I'm not a prude - if you could see into my mind you'd need a therapist)

I restrain myself pretty well when working, hardly ever say it, but if the customer drops the f-bomb, I will too.

At home, full on, all the time.

My language can be more colorful than my hubby, who incidentally is a former infantry officer. Not sure how that happened

I'm will say, I don't like to be video taped because my Ellie Mae accent is strong on video and audio recordings.

Exactly. My dad was in the Navy, but didn't cuss around the house around my mom or me. I know that he did at work.

Even at work, sometimes yes, sometimes no, depends upon those around you.

I don't think I ever heard my mother cuss. Maybe she said damn once or twice.

Along these same lines: I used to sell motorcycle parts wholesale. There was a shop in San Antonio I'd never been to before and my boss told me to go there because the owner loved a great deal and we'd bought a bunch of Chinese tires and had them for next to nothing. I walked into the place and there was a guy on the phone cussing to someone like I'd never heard before. I'm talking if there was a national contest, this guy could have made a run at the championship. After a few minutes of this, he hangs up, looks at me and cheerfully says, "you must be David"

He told me that he was talking to HEB about a lawsuit he was filing against them which was why he was cussing but the next hour or so of him showing me around, I could tell he was testing my sensitiveness to some crazy stories. I found it rather amusing and I think he found it amusing that such a straight laced looking guy like myself wasn't offended.

The meeting ended with him showing me his photo album of all his old Harley's, but the last few pages we're him, a girl doing something to him and maybe a Harley. After I finished looking at his photo album, he looked at me and said, "pretty nice d... aye?". I just gave him an amused look and sold him some tires.

The next morning at work, my very god-fearing boss asked if I'd gone by Abe's. I said yes. He asked if I sold him some tires. I said yes. He asked did he show you his phono album and smiled.

I have heard my mother say sheit once. Dad gave us directions to take an old car we were fixing up to his body guy. Left out a turn, car died, getting dark, sketchy area, he was in a deposition or something, unavailable.

We got there, but she did say a bad word, it was sort of shocking.

My boss, in an effort to clean up and lend at least some air of professionalism to our office, put a "curse cup" on his desk one day. Every time he heard you cuss, you would have to put a quarter in it. It worked for awhile. Then I just started dropping a five in it every morning. F__k it.
