CA still has eviction bans.
Many of the states are now enacting "Tenant Protections" Where you can't evict unless they owe a certain amount. You also can't ask certain questions when trying to rent your place. I am so glad I elected to keep my house empty for 3 years while overseas from 2019-2022 and I will NEVER rent out a place I own. |

Did Mao and a couple of other try that siht? How'd that turned out? That is a full of siht comment and for someone like many of my neighbors, they want to feel good about voicing their opinions to feel like they helped. Mr Perrybonker should keep waving that fooking flag.

Oh our azzhold governor Grusome just signed a bill so we can't go after those that owe back rent and I am still waiting for eviction ban to lift. We can't get after them, garnish their pay, not even for those who make 200k a year. That's right, high paying job, and free rant off our hardworking folk's backs. Yet there are a thousand places within a block hiring. No one is wearing a mask, yet, no one wants to work but they also don't have to pay rent because they are afraid covid.
I know what these assholds are up to. They want to control the rental or housing market. He already mentioned couple years ago that foreclosures caused by covid are to be offered for sale to renters first (what renter have big bucks to buy an apt in LA?), then special groups, appointed by the state or local gov will have the rights to buy them at foreclosed pricing. Investments companies or individuals will be next. I am close 37k from this one sihthead now. Yeah, who that fook is counting? I pretty given up but can't get rid of him.
