If you own anything other then a single family home in rent controlled areas like LA or Santa Monica, they city forces owners to register them and they have a database that keep everyone with a duplex or more to comply. What BS.

The Utopian Paradise, unless you own something. Free chit for everyone is gonna bite hard sooner or later. SoL, you out there, gonna save these parasites that have been sucking off the land owners? Are you a champion of the squatters? If you have a job or have been receiving benefits and not paid your rent using the moratorium, you need to be moved to the landfill. Being kind here.

I woke up sick to my stomach and feeling guilty about putting a family out on the street.
I felt even worse when the tenants walked into the courtroom . You know that ugly feeling with your stomach churning, and my nerves running overtime ... The judge swore us in , and I stated my case . As soon as my tenanl started to speak, I felt vindicated, and as far as I am concerned, they cannot possibly be ran out of my house fast enough . They just live under a different set of rules than we do . I showed up with my paperwork, and really only had to say about 5 sentences. My tenant and her inner city trash cousin ( who lives there and is not on the lease ) , thought it was bash the landlord, housewives of North Side Pittsburgh edition . I could see in the judges eyes, that she knew exactly what I was dealing with, and she granted us an eviction within 5 minutes She still gave them till October 31 st. They will have stayed 6 months past the end of our official notice to vacate . I am 100% sure, the constable will have to remove them. One more to go this season .

Look at what the trends are. You wont beat the Realtor->BestFriend insider fire sales worth hundred$ which never make the internet, but keep watch of the trends and share knowledge.
