For me it always revolves around the beer. No beer means no night visits, beer guarantees at least 1 visit. Age 66

Irish whisky- Smooth mood, no pee.

Usually I’ll go if the day ends in a Y.

Quite the odd topic even by the standards of this place.

When I was younger an all nighter meant something different.

Now I'm 65 I get up for a pee every couple of hours. I'm so used to it I consider that a good night's sleep.

Yes I pee about 2x a night. The CPAP should make a difference to your quality of sleep. Yes I have sleep apnea and the CPAP really helps.

I guess I'm about normal. Usually once a night at 57. I do tend to drink a couple to a few beers in the evening but usually stop by 8 or 9 and then bed at 10.

Some nights I sleep right through. Other nights I have to go once, usually an hour before I wake up.
I do drink water in the evening. I’m 65

If you are not flowing enough water daily...you get stagnation....aka rot.

That becomes disease...a UTI...which leads to blood infection.

Without cellular cleaning....a blood infection affects every part of the body.
Swelling and edema at first.
Go ahead and ignore it.

The muscles in the heart do not regenerate. Sorry. Game over.

Cranberry juice (without corn syrup) for the kidneys.

Or a 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water each morning.
It tastes exactly like the stuff being stirred up and expelled.

This is why fats and carbos (pizza etc) are paired with acids (red wine and salad).

And why they seem to live so long on such 'a crappy diet'.
(happiness has a lot to do with it.)

I once got kidney stones

Sure I was being a bit of a drama queen at the time saying I would opt' for death instead of going through the pain. But you know what I mean. Doc said to drink more water even if it means getting up for a pee multiple times throughout the night. So I do.

Guy goes in for prostate gloved-finger exam.

Guy got worried as the exam was not a quickie, so to speak.

Doc leaves the exam room just as another doc comes in…

As he lubed up his gloved finger, he asked, ‘Who was that?’

Doc pokes his finger up and says sorry Buddy you have an enlarged prostate.

Guy says he would like a second opinion, so the doc shoves two fingers up.

Proud to say that the time change didn't screw up my 3am pit stop.

One or two times. The earlier I stop drinking fluids, the better I sleep. At least an hour is what I try for.
