I filled up with the corn free regular yesterday at my corner gas station. |
^^^
Please wash your finger before pressing the 'Regular' button next time.:D |

I need a gallon of high grade No-Eth tomorrow .... it was a bit over 4 a few weeks ago here. Keep a beer cold for me Glen :)! |
Saw diesel today at 4.449 a gallon , lowest I have seen in quite a while .
|
Reg down 24 cents in the last 4 days here'
$2.75/gal. |
$2.629/gal for 87 at a discount (BJs) station.
|
Diesel actually hit under $5.00 at a few stations here

A bit earlier at my goto Sheetz.... 87 was 2.65 and mid & premium showed 2.64.
Went to check diesel, and low is now 2.99 (mid & prem still 2.64) .... diesel is 4.79. They are just eff'ing with us now .... just like before tho' ... just differently :(. I'll be going by that station tomorrow anyways ... I'll verify GB prices. |
Gas Buddy is awesome. Just used it and found only a 20 cent spread from 87 to 93. Treated the mighty RAV 4.

Our diesel here is still 5.50-5.80 Gotta fill my truck but holding out for a little longer since I don't drive it much
|

It was 2.72 (for all 3) about 30 minutes west in Fredericksburg VA today but diesel was $4.75 |
basically? ..... double that figure. in Vancouver. :(
|
|
Regular went up 25 cents here yesterday...but mid-grade and premium are still the same price as regular at Sheetz.
|
Sheetz is just eff'ing with us. All of the local Sheetz stations jacked their 87 up to 2.99 the other day while leaving mid & premium the same (2.64 at my goto). Many/most others (non Sheetz) still have 87 in the 2.64 range with usual deltas for mid & prem ... it just makes no sense and deviates from Sheetz's and other historical patterns. Because they can...
edited: I won't buy gas until next year .... but just paying attention to the nonsense ;)... |
On my way to Florida I paid $3.29.9 today in Mt. Hope West Virginia at a Go Mart.
Today I paid $2.89 in Columbia SC and $2.69 in Kingsland Georgia. It's getting cheaper the further south I go So much for that theory, I paid $2.89 today (Friday) 35 miles north of Pompano Beach Still cheaper than at home |
Gas prices are... um well, wait a minute

Maybe not if the economy is sufficiently destroyed by then.

Back up to $2.89 with a dollar diff for premium ($3.89)
|
Artificially depressed for the November elections and this winter. Typical political ploy. Run out of gas in the spring when its nice and warm enough to walk to work, if you still have a job.
|
I predict gas prices will continue to creep upward just to push both the "car free" and "get an EV" agendas...
|
$3.019 for 93 today.
|
I noticed my goto Sheetz's sign was 2.64 on Christmas day when I drove by .... now back to 2.99 with mid & prem at 2.98 (via GB). Yesterday, the closest Sheetz was 2.78 (usually .20-25 higher than my goto). They are just messin' wif us, and I still don't need any ;).
I did purchase 1 gal. of No-Eth 90 for 3.60 yesterday .... woo hoo! |

Your mid & prem prices are lower than reg??? Here...it's a dollar higher for prem. |

Because they can.... |

We don't have Sheetz here....wish we did. :) (And I do give a sheetz) |
Just went up 20 cents in one fell swoop.
(ever notice that is goes up by 10 or 20 cents but only drops a few pennies and takes much longer to come back down?) |
Late Spring / early Summer prices naturally go up because the summer blend is more expensive to produce.
|
^^^ That happened here in MI the last couple months.
A refinery fire caused a big jump...prices rose quickly. When it was fixed...the prices slowly settled back. |

However, they sold 88 octane 15% ethanol for two bucks a gallon for one week near Thanksgiving. Super cheap. That was strange because there were only a couple stations in Akron that handled that grade. My gut feel is they cooked way too much of the 88 octane 15% ethanol and they are dumping it because it ain't selling. They are splash blending it to minimum standards for 89/93 oxy at the terminal to unload. |

Reg up 15 cents from yesterday after holding steady for a week and a half.
. |
I'm staying in Pompano Beach for a couple of weeks. Gas prices are all over the place> I filled up at Costco for $2.79, down the street the price varies from .20 cents more to $4.99 for regular at a Chevron station.
|
$3.099/gal. for regular today at the Circle K.
I like this place because when I insert my Discover chip card, it doesn't ask me to punch in my zip code. Everywhere else does. It's also very clean and there's never a line. Today I got a chicken & swiss sammich for $2 with my fill up. Def Leppard was on the stereo inside. Gotta be a good sign I'm at the right place right there! :) |

Here, Sheetz usually just has their prices for 87 octane (10% Eth) and that 88 (15% stuff) posted on their signs... 'Splain it to me Lucybob :)! |
