Sorry for your loss, cherish the time you spent with her and rest easy knowing that you were a great son and always there for her.

Bazza, my friend. I’m just seeing this.

Much Peace and Strength to you. Always loved seeing your posts about Mom.

She’s an amazing person and lived beautifully. Godspeed.

Got the call this morning mom fell again. Dad found her in a pool of blood. EMT said possible severe head trauma. She in hospital now but I have no idea what condition and I am stuck in work until 4. Bad things happen fast. Call your mothers

Be this:

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

She was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Seattle, before leaving to join the Navy at 19.

Thanks to all here over the years who had nice things to say about her.....it's always meant a lot to both of us.

Oh BAZ, we are so sorry to hear about your loss. I am sorry I am so late in sending you this. Been off-line for a bit due to life and was scanning things I’ve missed.

This was a huge topic to miss, and for this, I apologize for not reaching out sooner.

She was an amazing person who raised an amazing son. You’re a good man BAZ and stay strong brother.

Your friend,
T

Hi Baz, I understand your loss. It has been twelve years since my mother passed. I still think about her every day.
Cheers, Guy.
