^^^ I'm sure it will turn out good enough to eat.
![]() I'm still looking for the DiGiorno Carnivore Pizza. I checked at Meijer..couldn't find any. Looked online..said Meijer has them. I'll stop there tomorrow and look again.

The verdict is in!
The Mother of Meat looked good but 3 out of three didn't like the flavor. The Motor City deep dish was good but as CB mentioned could use a bit more sauce. All three of us preferred the Motor City pizza. We've started something now! I told my wife and my son, we need to start buying frozen pizza and seeing which one we like the best. Note: We didn't doctor these up at all. We wanted to see which one we liked as it came. ![]()

That was done out of the "pan" on the stone at 425 for the recommended time.

One of my bachelor friends in my early years of adulthood had a freezer full of pizza. He would take out a piece, frozen solid and munch into it. He called it a pizza popcicle. I called it gross.

I love me some Red Baron Pepperoni "brickhouse" style. Mostly, because it's the right size to eat completely in one evening (18 ounces).
I also live me some Red Baron French Bread pizzas, they are a classic.

I'm looking to purchase a house and it has an huge outdoor pizza oven.
Is it worth firing it up for a frozen pizza? No way I'm making one from scratch. lol

Found the Carnivore DiGiorno's this am at Meijer. Bottom shelf pushed back so that they could hardly be seen. DiGiorno must have 15 different types and varieties of pizza's.
The toppings were plentiful and tasty...it was a super thin crust. (I still prefer thicker crust) It was $6.40 and I'm not sure if I would get it again. I could have easily eaten the whole thing...not much to it.

Cooked three pizzas in the last week. Three meat (MC) and two variants of the classic crust Red Baron.
I have a good toaster oven which I usually use for "cheap" pizzas (e.g., ALDI $3.59 pizzas) but I did all of these in my 1954 Fridgidare electric oven. I screwed the first two up by placing them too close to the bottom but the third was a Red Baron Classic Crust Supreme and I George Foreman'd some chicken breast for extra topping and put some extra mozzeralla on top. No sprays butter/oil on the bottom. Max minute time but higher up in the oven and directly on the grate. No looking. Absolutely outstanding! Not divine take out pizza from a better shop but just wow. Almost every good pizza is a single serving pizza and I proved it once again. There are two sizes: single and party. That said, I take my Ozempic shot Monday. 3/4 of the way to maximum dose. I keep telling myself dry heaving is exercising.

so, if I eat a pizza it better be worth it. no frozen pizzas for me. I aint wasting the calories, and junk into my body for that.

Frozen pizza is not junk food.
It’s not even food. But I have a question. You gonna eat that last piece? |

I’ve never liked any of the pizzas with a medium or rising crust; just not good tasting bread to me.
I like most of the thin pizzas I have tried and the DiGiorno deep dish one.

Off topic a wee bit. Work mate took me on a work night to a well established traditional pizza place in a neighborhood near downtown Chicago where his house was. He says "This is how you do it".
Thin crust on an elevated pedestal. Some decadent small pastas/sauce. Incredibly good. Nothing like that in Akron/Canton. Maybe Little Italy in Cleveland? Yum!!! He asks, "How's business" I said, "Pretty good". (God bless Big Oil!!! - We were kind of not on travel status but because of the discussion.........)

The California Pizza Kitchen pizzas are good but expensive. The article says sparce on the ingredients and I agree. However, I have had several across the years.
In summary.....

I don't think Stouffer's French bread frozen pepperoni pizza belonged on the list. They make a quick snack using a toaster oven....I love em.
