I used to know a bunch of IP's at Vance AFB. Not easy planes to fly, can bite. |

![]() Hard to say. Maybe Lockheed constellation. But it would feature one of these seats.

Skydeck would get me on an plane again. To the OP, flight at anything above 10K agl bores me in ways that is hard to describe. Turf is the word.

XB-70 just so I could have the fastest that carries more than two. Plus, it is a pretty bird.

Always wanted a Lear. Never flew on one. Closest I ever got was hearing stories of one that my dad flew a little bit when we lived in Australia, a long time ago.
Of those that I have flown in, my favorite was a Citation X. I don't need seats for a bunch of people, or need to be able to fly to Europe. There's probably something better out there but the larger private stuff doesn't interest me. Simple, fast and holding a half dozen butts would be plenty for me. |

A-10
Great for local trips. Dependable even if some systems fail. Depleted uranium because its better to carry and not need it than need it and not carry.

I'd go for a C-130. I could outfit it with a lot of comforts and it can land and take off almost anywhere. Put skis on it and you can go to either poles. You can take your favorite car or motorcycles too. If not a C-130, I'd go for a two seat F-86. |

You can land it anywhere as well.

Not a jet. C130 piloted by a sketchy Eastern European named Boris who is usually drinking.

I’ve flown that C-130 at Pope AFB. Slow, smelly, noisy, lots of vibration. Saw the whole world with 4-5 drinking buddies. I’d choose that in a heartbeat. Land anywhere. Take whatever you want with you.

I'd have a small theater in the back and maybe a pinball machine just for kicks. How about a bar and hot tub? |

?Used to be our regular stop as a kid on the way to the coast ... standing outside watching the jets/planes flying over was awesome! I'd like Wilbur's plane on a deserted Jockey's Ridge runway... Not the BBQ Wilbur ![]() That's nostalgia
