Shrinkflation in reverse
Just got an email from shippo.com, shipping aggregator providing great pricing for UPS, FedEx, USPS. It used to be if something measured about 12.5 inches, and you entered 12, UPS would count it as 12. 12.75 is obviously 13. Now, 12 1/8 is 13.
shippo pricing is still great, recenlty shipped 2 Ducati front rotors to Philadelphia for under $9, but UPS has some cost pressure with price of gas I guess.

I've heard some time earlier this year, that, maybe USPS, has gotten more strict on shipping sizes. So my guess is that shippo had to adjust how they do things because one or more of the shippers changed how strict they are.
