The picture was on CNN or Yahoo, or something like that today. I saw it. According to the website, a teen was stabbed in the head with a kitchen knife and showed up at the hospital with the knife sticking out of his forehead.

its just odd. you should be able to see the tang, and there should be an interruption in the blade where it meets his head. also, the blade inside his school should be more opaque, just like the part of the blade that is outside of his head.
