I experienced a self-induced quote & post malfunction.
I actually meant that I think the M1 is photoshopped into the curve.

I was going by a thread when it was posted on another website a few months ago. They argued items like "car in focus; background not" and "no rubber on road where tires would be sliding".

Heck.... I don't know. My photoshop skills are pretty low-level.

Yea, opinions are like armpits -- most folks have at least one and they often stink. I thought PhotoShop, too until I looked closely. No way it's faked. The camera was following the car, so the static parts of the image are blurred. The car is aligned exactly in the right plane and perspective. The shadows from the car are consistent with those of the trees; the tire smoke is where it should be. Street tires don't always lay down stripes.... etc. And I'm good enough with PhotoShop that I get paid to do it.

It's funny that PhotoShop has made us all suspicious of the images we see.

What brings up suspicion is the difference in clarity (actually, just focus) between the pavement and the car. But she is indeed genuine.

It's not focus, but motion. The photographer was moving the camera to follow the car so the car is sharp, but the background is blurred. Obviously this was taken by someone very good at following the subject. The picture in my avatar is another example of doing this though it's hard to tell with how small it is shrunk down. Go take a look at the larger versions of my avatar that are found on the wallpaper link in my sig.
