![]() I'm not a fan of Pro Street, and I'm not suggesting it is practical or reasonable, but it runs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EaCnDCsslM

Where does the discharge from the turboes go? is shows that the turbos are taking suction from the injector hat and discharging it into ....????????? It looks like it goes into an aluminium box above the carbs, and that would just be just silly poser bait. if it discharges into the intake manifold under the wheezer that would work but it doesn't look like it is routed that way. So many simpler designs and easier ways to do it. And no intercooler? I suspect the wheezer is real (under-driven) but the turbo housings are M-T. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I had never seen or heard of a SeaFury before. I always thought the P51 was the fastest piston engine plane ever made. I was wrong! Talk about power:weight, 2,480HP and only 9,000 lbs. I also figured that to be the fastest it could not have the a radial engine - wrong again. Such a hot aircraft, one shot down a Mig-15 during the Korean War! Others' photos Supercharged, 18 cylinder, 3300 cu. in. Bristol Centaurus, fuel injected radial engine! Do the Brits still make stuff like this? ![]() ![]() And a massive 5 bladed prop to go with it! ![]()

Several of successful twincharged efforts through time. B-24, P-47 all the way to modern 1.4L VW's in production!
