It worked after resizing them.

There is hidden tracking script contained in the image which tries to transfer directly from imjur/mediagiphy.
(I've got javascript blocked w/NoScript)
So despite the image being on my computer, the image is still controlled by a remote website.

Is this starting to be a trend with all file types on the internet?
Download and store something on your computer.
But viewing/sharing/using them will require remote permissions first?

I don't think so. I show them as being uploaded to PP, not linked.

Lets try one on my PC downloaded from the 'Net.

I didn't see anything about this coming from anywhere else.

It took me a while to come to an opinion about the creation in the photo above.

My first reaction was

Then I thought

Looks like a half a pipe clamp.

Possibly used in plumbing installations?

When I re-sized them in Irfanview, I think the tracking script was broken and the new source became my computer.
Before the re-size, though, the upload function would not complete (as the screenshot shows).

I found it interesting that a 3rd party website could still maintain control over the common .jpg format..which shouldn't even contain javascript.. If every website injected it's own tracking script in every file circulating the internet, it could be a bit chaotic especially when they erase each others script, or create self-erasing files without OS permission. Just a thought.

Mom has natural beauty.
The other looks like there is was a lot of money spent to get the look. Not ugly but just another pretty face (and the crazy eyes look scary).

Random and a hard pic to post (the Bruins should be up there):

Marvel at the magnitude and strange beauty of these colossal cargo planes

Initially known as Large Cargo Freighters, the planes were later christened the Boeing 747 Dreamlifters.

"We took a saw and cut the whole fuselage off. Then we took off the tail and added a three-metre section at the top, so that the 787's sections could fit," Beck says.

Was that in La Alberta or La British Columbia?

Joe Bob 10-16-2019 01:00 PM

No, but you take the Highway 1 exit off the LA to Canada freeway.
