Its called "The World" its in Dubai. When the project is done its going to resemble a map of the world. Pretty cool.

Underwater cables in the BVI's. All the islands in the area are sitting on the top of old volcanos. Average depth of the water hardly exceeds 70 feet. not sure about the dubai photos
