Hey Joe. Dig these 18Ms we will be building (12 total) on my current project. They are essentially the same structure (with a lot more stiffening up required) as this one we put up in Hawaii.

DJ, did you ever see this gadget? Tile setter http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1174850560.jpghey have it for $20 at Harbor Freight. It works real well. A guy in St Croix invented it.

lm6y 03-25-2007 01:12 PM

Someone will say it's junk because it comes from Harbor Freight in 3.... 2..... 1.........

djmcmath 03-25-2007 02:44 PM

What a piece of junk! Anything from Harbor Freight is ... (ahem) Right, glad that's over with.

Seriously, how does it help? I'm not sure why that's an advantage over the little plastic spacers? Part of the issue might also be that I'm not a pro -- I'm just laying tile in the privacy of my own home.

Watch the video at the site posted above. Looks pretty slick to me.

Is there anything more boring than 20 pictures of satellite dishes?

Just wait until you get stuck out in the middle of no-where with no communication or entertainment, then the satellite will become your best friend.

BTDT and hope you do not ever experience it.... Just because YOU do not like it does not mean that others do not enjoy it.

URY914, where did those crane pictures come from? I'm in that business now. Nothing that big, 90 ton is our largest.:) Thanks

Easy there big fella.......One or two pictures of a satellite dish is interesting, 20 is boring. I have nothing against them but you know what they say about too much of a good thing. I could bombard the forum with airplane pictures but I don't because it would get old really fast.

Actually the first six were of a big crane. Was there a dish there? :D Must have missed that. The funniest thing is you went back and counted em all and still got the number wrong. :D :D :D :p How many times did it take you?

I could post a pic of a cat for ya. ;)
