what really scores with the ladies is a baby. not your own baby, but like a baby niece or nephew. throw out a, "no, she/he is not mine, i am just babysitting so the parents can get some rest, and time alone together. (long pause) but i can't wait to have some of my own!" (try not to bump the baby's head bending down to pick up the lady's panties.)
