that almost looks like hwy 142 that goes from lyle to goldendale going thru klickitat valley.....if you have not driven it yet do and get ready for a great drive. It narrows to a one lane road, paved a total ripper of a road....my favorite rally road.

It's actually State Route 3, AKA HWY11, from Enterprise OR to Lewiston, ID via the very bottom corner of WA. Can't wait to get my targa so we can go drive it...
