I was really hoping he would stroll in but alas, he is currently off island with his jazz band.

Next time, I hope. Picked up some cool things while there and scored major brownie points bringing some goodies back for relatives. It was really cool seeing his Austin in person too.

Yup,

Wife and I drove in so she could participate in her annual "Sisters" weekend. Both Brother-n-laws took me to the chili cook-off this past Saturday. Needless to say that I was the D.D. For the drive home. Overall, a good day. Everyone was nice and I was able to see both sets of nieces and their husbands. Got the t-shirt to prove it. Traffic sucked cheese on the freeway headed back into town due to an accident[emoji12]
