One of those days where everything goes wrong:
Broke a favorite t-handle tap, dented in the surface from only light tapping, the lefty swirl ones went in but did nothing but round off. That old screw end is in there. Double nut from back didn't work, stub kept snapping easily, din't have correct tools Tried to drill out larger. In one second the TiN bit snapped off. Getting frustrated.

Success. Finally drilled out from back and tapped. A small task turns into an hour ordeal.

Great that you can make those synchro dogs, it’s amazing what one can do if they are motivated. 0

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

Pacific Grove/Monterey is one of our favorite places to visit. Every time we are here there is something new we discover. Like this bench for instance-RIP

Thanks! We have been wanting to do that for years. We have had family memberships for years and really enjoy it. Hit the Shark & Jellies tour today, hmitting the feeding frenzy tomorrow. Going to start working on becoming a volunteer diver next, another goal I’ve wanted to do for a very long time. Hey, I’m willing to scrape fish poop off the glass just to get my fin in the water...lol ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

![]() I'm sure there's a bunch of folks here who know as much or more than I do about horticulture and such but appreciate the respect, sir. But it does seem like it's a popular and shared passion among many here so maybe a good idea at that! Took these this morning - I have a very cute young squirrel who has trained me into giving him snacks! The usual fare is peanuts but today he also was fed a couple small apple wedges. ![]()
