A slightly different camera setting and the tone changes.

I think the wheels need to go more in the middle, John so the weight of the boat is on them, instead of the person in front.

I have a young Osprey who has been using an old dead palm tree trunk in my front yard as a perch. He is there different times of the day quite a bit and usually spends the night too. I have also seen him with a fish in his talons and once found a dead fish with lots of tear marks at the base of the trunk. I'm only using an inexpensive point and shoot but you can still get the visual.

My house sits up high on a natural dune ridge so I took the pics a few feet from my front door.

Bicycling on broken Great Lake chunks is, well, silly.
Although, not quite as silly as carrying kayaks up and down mountain sides.

I always wondered why there wasn't some sort of wheel mechanism on canoes as well. Portaging them can get heavy with gear and supplies.
This is a simple pic drawn by billy but here is one idea:

Cause those wheels probably have 10x,s the drag as that entire canoe.

Nice Moon shots there, Bugs!

I have a bunch of the metal decos that come from Haiti and other 3rd world countries. From what I understand they take old 55 gal steel drums and cut them up to make these. Anyway - they tend to rust after a couple years outside so I have been taking them down and restoring them lately. More on that in another post.

I started to remove this one and out jumped this little tree frog......;)

Poking around in the night sky, I found what looked like the Death Star sitting on the horizon.

Also spotted a strange series of light we estimated to be 50-60K feet. Very interesting movements and light pulses. Couldn't get a definitive lock with a camera. Really makes one wonder.......[emoji848][emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]
