You might google the International Harvester Collectors Club to see if there is anyone out there who would want to help. These engines are unique and the guys who know about them are pretty proud about it. Someone retired old guy in the IHC club might volunteer to help.

Since the owners changed cultivation practices in the their orchard they didn't need it anymore so its just been sitting.

Thank you for that. I finally figured it out. It’s an A-C model CA with a part missing off the front. The missing part threw me off.
