Great photos, thanks for the Palm ID Baz!
I'm much better at telling a Cedar from a Fir or the dreaded Alder, from quite some distance away, I might add. Oh man I need a mountain getaway. I took a winter hike to a little covered picnic table just a mile and a half off of the highway to a favorite playground about this time-O-year back in '17: ![]() ![]() On a road to nowhere, just how I like it ![]() Ross Dam ![]() ![]() Complete with newish permanent out house, stocked even in winter Ross Lake Resort stores some of their Aluminum rental boats here! ![]() ![]() Diablo Dam, Pyramid Peak

Cold and rainy here in the PNW, shocking!
Time to clean out and re-engineer my garage space. Like most people with multiple vehicles and interests I've got a growing collection of stuff than needs culling, organizing and some deep internal decision making. And then I got distracted- I'd forgotten my car came with a bra, I'm certain its also an early 70's relic and I don't remember ever putting it on. Still fits!! A bit wrinkled, but hey, still looks ok after 40 somthing years! ![]() ![]() I surmise the bra was purchased back in her youth in Sun Valley I had not forgotten the original 2.4 MFI, it gets pulled out and turned over a few times every year... still debating having it rebuilt to a hotrod configuration vs stock. ![]() Just another day on the golf course- my buddy Rich Lambert gave this print to me a long time ago, thanks again Rich!! ![]() Also found a box with my a couple of holsters my father made a good 50 years ago. He was pretty good at almost any art form and loved working leather

Those bras ruin the paint underneath by chafing from the wind, just sayin'....

Thanks JB!
I am indeed aware- get a little sand and debris down between you know where, go for a spirited drive and instant chaffing! Really only a photo Op. My girl is pretty chaffed already from dirt road/mountain highway/FPH usage... AKA, a driver. At this point anyway... she is way overdue for a bit of bodywork, a windshield, paint, seat refurb and a hotrod motor if JW will still talk to me. That project is moving up the list, focused on the house this year, hot rod 911 Targa. Mebbe next. ![]() ![]()
