One of the beauties of fresh snow is that you can track animals in the great expanse and majesty of the wild.




Today I am tracking a local cross climate tread. Fresh tracks. Probably not 5 minutes old. Likely a small suv. Heading out the neighborhood. Easterly direction. Doubtlessly, a suburbanite owner taking his new pride out for a spin to see what they will do. He should return soon and I will be waiting.

No, they are not Burmese, but Thailand Suphalak. Their color is uniform all over the body. However, they do have the Burmese personality.
