Critters in my yard.
I saw the buck this morning. A truck drove by and he got up and wandered off.

I've also seen a skunk a few times, and my mom saw a racoon or two when she visited in the spring. I've seen opossums at night.

Something that seems odd. When I lived in the 'burbs, we'd have what seemed like tons of squirrels around. Now we live here on several acres with at least a half dozen pecan trees, and I never see more than 2 squirrels. But I think I've read that this is normal.

Took a trip down to SoCal for a Nephew's wedding and bonus family time meet ups with our Son and his lovely and lively girlfriend.

Stayed in Marina Del Rey, wandered the beach and beachfront walk from Venice to the Santa Monica Pier Friday, wedding and reception up in the Malibu hills Saturday then spent most of Sunday with our Son in the Pasadena area

Venice after dark

Santa Monica pier in the distance

Not sure what's going on here- but it's something alright

No fishing!

Reception digs at a resort way up in the hills- 51 acre setting with 10 acres of sort of flat ground.
The tennis court would either make a good player out of you or cost a fortune in lost tennis balls

random pics that YOU have taken.......

Curved glass, and etched as well. With a child’s bathtub in one of the guest bathrooms.

At the Champlin house in Enid, OK. The same Champlin as the oil company.

Very cool! I was going to ask about the tiny tub on the right until I saw your caption.

SNAKE!!! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!

OK, that may be a bit of an exaggeration.

Texas Brown Snake. I think this guy was maybe 4-5". Apparently, adults are usually ~12". They eat slugs, worms and bugs. I haven't seen any slugs here, but we've got plenty of bugs. Presumably, there are some worms running around too.
