As a software developer, I often think about things like outsourcing. So I have B plans, C, plans, D plans etc etc. That said, my buddy and I often talk about the future of our careers and always end up by saying, "Well, if everything else fails, there's always porn." Okay granted there isn't much money in porn anymore since the marketplace has become saturated. But I like to think of it as an opportunity to become a "Lifestyle Entrepreneur".

Plan A has been the same all of my life. To have fun.
Plan A came to a screeching halt a few weeks ago. I needed to fire an employee (female) for an inappropriate relationship with a client (male). The client (being careful here....) stated that he preferred the services of the flight attendant over the services of the pilot. Job and responsibility for the clients' safety was suddenly not fun anymore. I have landed another job, but even it is not fun. Maybe it will get better.

Plan A of living at the beach in Hawaii worked out for about 15 years, but I had to move to plan B.
Plan B, continue school and become a lawyer to make a ton of money so I could move back to Hawaii and buy the home on the beach and do nothing. After all lawyers donothing and make $$$, right? Plan B has worked to the extent of becoming a lawyer, but I discovered they don't give out $$$ with a bar card. So, Plan C came into Play. Plan C - get married to a girl I met in law school. We'll that's didn't work out, nuff said. Plan D - pack up everything and move to South Florida. I'm still working on Plan D. Once the hurrican season is over for the year I'm on my way. Future plans if D doesn't work out: Plan E- learn more Spanish and move to South Mexico.
