a modern day Spicoli at 0:50 in he replies to a question and his answer is definitely channeling Spicoli. Way overblown worry of danger etc. but a hooligan none the less. If I had a car like that in my 20's..... I have often looked at those freeway embankments and thought to myself, what if..... Looks like this guy scratched the itch.
