Nice find Stijn, I spectated at the Manx back in 1987 by this point the Manta's were all being run by private teams but they still looked superb.

never liked Manta's, imho, they're uglie as sin
there's a whole "manta" culture in Germany stereotype driver has a mullet, mustache, and his arm always out the window , called "der Manta fahrer" spawned a bunch of joke like "how can you tell if a Mantafahrer lives in which house of the street" "by the blood on the left side of the garage door" they even made a film, "Manta , der Film" here's the end scene
