I could see her being a little scolding. It's just basic consideration. When I forget to leave a note (or otherwise inform her) it's what they call "being inconsiderate". I try to leave a note or bring the cell phone with me. A cell phone means you're never out of nagging range...except maybe in Montana. ;)

But if she is really pissed it's because your little adventure demonstrates that she has not properly broken your spirit. ;)

Just do what I do. Give her the speech about you being the Alpha Male , and the order of hierarchy and that you make the rules and run the house , and how dare she question where you have been. Tell her if she dont like it, she can just go to the kitchen and cook your dinner and deal with it!!

Well, just an update.

A bit was a couple of hours, and the beer flowed like water...

A bit of grovelling and apologizing, while she giggled at my hangover seemed to do the trick..

The main reason for her being upset is the fact I went out and didn't tell her I was even leaving.. The whole "you could have been killed..."

i trully believe it was a choice for her not to call. if she did, and found out where you are (ie: made the problem "not a problem"), she wouldn't really have any more reason to be mad at you. i sometimes think they look for a cause... ;)
