Part of the fun of traveling, getting to see just how spicy you can find it!

Yah, been there last year too (not kidding). I got overwhelmed with the peppercorns - they serve 'em whole like 5-10 per mouthful. Not hot, just not a taste I like that much.

Jalapenos are not particularly hot. Try some smokin' Habanero's and scotch bonnets raw, and eat the seeds. That gets to be painful. I'd say Vindaloo and Thai food in general (not Pad Thai from down the street restaurant) are still the hottest.

If you ever had a colonoscopy, you'd know this can't be true.

A lot of "quacks" equate the bowls and functions as to a drain...

1> they dont need cleaning
2> they dont need flushing or irrigating

eat proper food
eat lots of fibre
go no less than once a day, twice if your good !

laxatives should not be uded unless you are constipated of have a medical need for it and irriogation cleand out the natural lubricants/bile/mucus/health bacteria etc which we need to keep our bowls healthy

and remember your exit hold is an EXIT hole not an entry hole, it's not desiogned for that !

I've been asked about the "resideual crap" in the intestines a number of times and have had to, in some cases, s-l-o-w-l-y explain why, in a healthy human with normal peristalsis the build up of any material is almost impossible. That, of course, is based on eating things intended as food for humans, and not nails, glass, and aluminum foil.

There are a variety of diseases that can affect the bowels, but in general, you'll be sick for awhile long before bowel obstruction is an issue.

That said, couch potatoes are at much higher risk for bowel obstruction than are people that get an even basic amount of exercise daily. All of us should walk at least a mile every day.
