My normal fishing buddy is half metal and he couldn't really move yesterday, so I bombed over to Cedar Key for a solo trip.
4 spinner sharks 20-36" landed, one 36" bonnet head shark landed, and a 40" or so black drum landed. Missed a much larger shark, unsure as what kind but was either spinner, blacktip, or bull. Straightened my hook (had a light #2 circle hook with a 3" mud minnow, was hoping for a redfish or trout)

The chinook have returned to Puget Sound, got this 13 pounder last weekend... and my neighbor got a 37 pounder

Caught this a few weeks ago out on a friends boat. Caught it using a slow pitch rig.
Going out on my boat Sunday, will probably be in the same area. Targeting snapper, but always nice to put a couple of African pompano on the boat.
