We practice conservation aboard our boats. I have a large live well on the boat - I can assure you we don't kill anything we don't plan on eating. We will also pick up other people's trash, and throw away. I've pulled balloons, pieces of dock, swim toys from the water...

The puffer fish was kept for the photo op then released. Hell, I even release the bait when we are done fishing.

I am the rookie camera/ fisherman in this video taken in April on the Allegheny River in western PA.

Please excuse my excitement and Pittsburghese accent...

I caught this bad boy tonight. Missed another one about the same size, and a trout too.
Kayak fishing rocks.

Here are some of my family's recent adventures...

A Ladyfish my dad caught - that one was fun.

My Trout, well - the smallest one I've caught in a while at least.

My little brother's trout. He's just holding it close to the camera...

The business end of the trout my brother wouldn't take off his hook...

Dad and a small grouper.

This is a nice Spanish Mackerel my brother's line caught. Apparently he got a bird's nest in his level wind at the cast and the lure was sitting in the water for a bit. This Mack took the lure and ran the bird's nest out for my bro.

This one hit the lure prior to the lure hitting the water...I love the Spaniards!

Another Spaniard!

They love the spoons!

Most of these were caught in or around the duneden causeway in clearwater.

This Thresher shark is just a baby 380 lb. It was caught by a friend with a rod and real.
