I like the windshield for sure, I think the flares are a little overdone but I can see how others might like it.
The roof, is one of those things that sounds like a really good idea at the time. There are cool features to it but upon execution it just looks wrong. That said, I do like the nod to aluminum riveted airframes, it just doesn't work. Sort of like he got half way through it and said "oh crap" but then said "well, I am already half way through it, have to finish it now..."

That is the UGLIEST thing I have seen in a long time. RW likes"different" but has no clue that there is a difference between unique and abortion.

Old school repairing of drive axle bearing and tires and cylinders and other stuff on 01-202 German Steam locomotive.
All in German but you get the picture of the work involved. Several parts. Last edited by abisel; 01-23-2016 at 11:04 AM.. |

Surplus aircraft V engine. Liberty engine perhaps? (Quick, someone Google it.) Bet that sounded and looked great roaring down the road.
EDIT: Perhaps a Hispano-Suiza: http://www.airpowerworld.info/aircraft-engine-manufacturers/hispano-suiza-8.htm Random:
