$100 per day per diem for food, and accommodations for the duration (get your neighbors to chip in on the per diem and this gets really inexpensive, really quick).

Speaking of accommodations, if your wife/girlfriend has a cute (by my definition) sister/girlfriend, I'll waive my other customary fees.

Want quiet? I can show you "quiet"...

I've got the perfect "neighborhood control" guns; quieter than most spring-piston air rifles but vastly more effective.

Take one .45-70 or .458 Winchester Magnum (either will work; I have both) and load it up with a pure lead cast bullet of at least 400, preferably 500 grains. I have several molds that I've used for this... Load it over about 5 grains of Unique or Universal Clays for a smokin' hot 300 fps or so. Sounds like a champagne cork popping, I kid you not. Slaps the bejeebers out of anything they hit well out to any kind of "neighborly" distances.

+1 on the cross/long bow. A rifle produces too much evidence (powder marks, noise, rifling marks, trajectory, etc.). I think it would be a lot tougher to track down the owner/shooter of a bolt/arrow. (...and chances of whacking an innocent bystander/neighbor is reduced, too).

I thought someone might have been offended by now regarding soliciting a sniper . . .

Thank goodness it hasn't happened.

All is well.

How about a booby trap - just add some boom.

Higgins couldn't hit a a whiskey bottle on a Harley from to cockpit of his pitiful VW Beetle across the street.....Hire a professional.

I've have certificates as a trained sniper from:

1) The FBI
2) The army Green Berets....AND, I've never been in the military....

Our class goal/project at the Army class was: Take care cold rifle out of the case, do a head shot to a moving target on the FIRST SHOT at 600 meters.....I was doing that at the end of the week.....

I am now retired and work for expenses, but I drink a LOT!!!!!!! (After the job is accomplished) Make me an offer than includes an airline ticket, women and booze!!!!!

Looks like a grenade booby-trap (less the grenade)...

You can get them for shot-shells too:

Yeah, but I can still hit a Beetle with a whisky bottle from a moving Harley. Or something like that...

That one is for training, I believe.

I'm assuming it could be modified as well.

Best,

How about some web interaction? That way we can all have a go at it from our couches. It would be just a mouse click away!

Get a medium to large size dog and let it roam your property. I have never had problems and we have lived in some bad areas. Thugs avoid houses with dogs. They can cut the phone line all they want too.
