Crappy guns

Keepin' it real.

This is my "throw down," just in case. I call it the "square" gun, because my shot pattern is the distance from the target squared.

Mine would be a toss up between a Mossberg semi-auto 12ga shotgun or a Smith and Wesson Model 669 in 9mm, both were extremely crappy...

What's wrong with the Mossbergs? I just bought one a few weeks ago. Haven't shot it yet, but it seems good and solid.

I see your AMT and raise you a Jennings 9mm.

I fired it once and it scared me.

I called a pawn shop:
"Do you buy guns"
"Yes"
"Would you buy a Jennings?"
"Uh, no"

Still waiting for a police buy back in my area.

Although with the economy going the way it is I may have to take up pimping.

Weak finish and the feel very light(more recoil) next to a Rem 870

Now THIS could be a fun thread! I submit for your (dis)approval the following (note I even turned the blanket over as a signal of distress):

Charter Arms Explorer II (with wowee-zowee interchangable barrels): A multi-purpose piece...Load it with .22LR shot shells and shoot snakes that get in your tent, use the frame as a tent stake hammer, or use the spare barrel as a tent stake.

Iver Johnson .38 topbreak (.38 S&W, that is...)

Don't make me break out more that will make you go "WTF"? we could be here all day.

That charter arms looks to be based on the survival rifle AR7. Charter made that for a while. Now Henry does. I like the broomstick handle ...

George, you're 100% correct. Reminds me of an old Mauser..Yes, I have one of the AR7 "Henrys" (Survival Arms)with the better barrel. Still a funky little rifle as well

Hehe, that's awesome. I have a couple of friends with Jennings (one has a J-22 and the other has a Bryco 38) which they bought "because they were cheap." Those things scare me, too.

On the rare occasion I carry I bring a S&M 38 hammerless. Its not terribly accurate, but I don't plan on shooting at anyone more than 20ft away.

I like the AMT's I had a 380 like the one above, had a 45 backup and a .30 carbine based on a 1911 45 frame. They all functioned well. the .30 was very accurate.
