I need to go to bed... Going to try to swim again in the morning... I'm hurting from tonight... I need to figure out if I am going to be able to do this swim test... I was experiencing some pain in my neck that didn't seem good....

I ran into a tree once. Not with a car, I was running. Big ass pine came out from nowhere and put me on my back.

The Stick
|
Toured a foundry and reluctantly walked through the electricals room under the induction furnace. The thing wasn't even on and there was so much current in all the relays and coils my air stood on end. Was told that if I felt the same way when outside, I was about to get struck by lightening. They said no-one had been shocked. The only injuries they talked about was when guys accidentally poured molten metal into their shoe/boot.

D, try this for ripping audio from DVD's. You will need to grab some software...
How to Extract and Rip MP3 Audio From DVD VOB Movie ~ Computer Tech Links AVI's can be opened in an editing program and the sound portion should be on a separate track. Get rid of the video track, save mp* or favorite format and go from there.

Loony neighbor was in court today to deal with restraining orders. My dad and the other neighbor went and were granted a 3 year RO. Clerk screwed up, spelled my dads name wrong and omitted my mom and myself. The loony had a few outbursts in court and the bailiff and judge had to tell him to shut up. At the end, the judge asked him if he had anger issues, to which he answered - no.
