Dave great link on the 61young SG. Part way through it. Still have doubts on neck without band saw.

Welp, looks like tonight is the night to settle a few things. :D I was offered a meeting with the POS SIL, no weapons, no cops, no lawyers. I will give this sawed off little bastard one thing, he has grown a set. I am gonna enjoy this

Porsche-poor 09-01-2011 02:28 PM

Good luck.

livi 09-01-2011 02:29 PM

Good luck, Rick. Go easy there, big fella.

Rick V 09-01-2011 02:34 PM

I was brought up to believe that you don't hit women, as I grew older I kind of added to that, you damn sure don't strike one of my women.

livi 09-01-2011 02:39 PM

Thats for sure.

Then let me rephrase.

Hit him first and hit him hard.

Good night Markus.

stitches at 18 mos., fell on the corner of a coffee table. again at 4 years, hit in the forehead with a baseball bat by a grown man. again at five, fell in the tub. again at 8, fell on some ice. after that, it gets REALLY fun and messy.

anyway....

sid, i opted for the free shipping from backcountry, 7 to 14 days. to my surprise, the package showed up in two days. totally stoked with backcountry.

nynor 09-01-2011 03:17 PM

rick, you better keep us posted, re. the POS SIL.

So you are rather accident prone.

I made it through childhood as a boy in the days when my parents said "be home by dinner." I did manage to break my collar bone when I was 6. I broke my big toe in 6 places when I was 12. My brother broke my arm in a fight when I was 14. No stiches until late 20s. Just a deep cut on a finger.

I had more bike crashes than I can remember. Never with a helmet or pads of any sort. Heck we never had seat belt until I was in high school.

Now get off my lawn!

Porsche-poor 09-01-2011 03:48 PM

Dave if you have time I like the idea of the neck to body joint in the 61 therad you sent. flat bottom body and all the angle is in the neck if I read it right.

Amp is basically done.. Off to my parents to drill a couple holes, mount a different main tube block and test...
