Sinus - add a table spoon of vinegar to that salt water nose douche, does wonders to clear them up.

Gout - Cherries. Doesn't matter what form just eat 'em.

Cold & Flu - Chicken Broth and Garlic Powder. Put garlic powder and cayenne pepper in some chicken broth, heat and sip. Will keep your throat from getting sore and help your white blood cells find the invaders. The reason you ache all over is your white blood cells are everywhere and not just where the invaders are attacking your body.
