Ummmm no he didn't cut me off, he was riding in the lane next to me and tried to push me out of my travel lane since his was running out. Okay 2,000lb car vs 4,000 truck, yeah he is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, his car. That is a law here in Va, you use it like a weapon you get to pay for it
