Geronimo, the guy never said I couldn't do the PPI off site, he just doesn't seem too interested in driving it anywhere, and as mentioned, its not registered anyways.
it can be picked up but I guess that's on my dime.

Try to agree that if it passes PPI, that you'll gladly pay for cost, if it does not paas, he pays...

thanks for the heads up Sid, but the car has to be min. 30 years old due to crazy norwegian tax laws.

import duties:
1981 Porsche 930 = +/- $20,000 (and I'm NOT JOKING)
1980 Porsche 930 = $0 (by the time the car would get here in 2010)

that's why "we europeans" (and again I use the term "we" loosely) laugh when americans complain about taxes and obama and health care and all that.
