Leave that to the doctor. Just tell them how you feel and be really honest about it.

left the house 26 januari this year.. some traces that he went to Africa or sommin..
I was not close to him, because A he's not my real dad (legally he is), B he can't be trusted...

either he did something and they wacked him
or he simply shacked up with a rich safari park owning broad..
or something else.. who knows. He's officially missing, but not officially dead.

i'm already hurting.. went karting last night... my legs hurt, my arms are jello, and they hurt, and my rear hurts too... did put in some good times in the first heat.. had to retire during the second heat because i felt my back was about to lock up... didn't want to put myself in another bout of back ache..


Not again it was the first week since april that it kinda was improving.. so i figured retiring was sensible..
