Dude had been convicted for posession of illegal arms and a weed plantation.
Sentenced to 4 years, 3 years ago, was out on Parole and decided he wanted some payback at the courthouse.. And he got his way with it..He used grenades..
Sad thing, but you can't regulate the unhinged wack jobs with laws.
