on a lighter note, since i quit drinking beer almost four weeks ago (i've had about 12 beers total in that time), i have lost over eight pounds. none of my pants fit, 38" waist, but none of my old pants fit either, 36" waist. my goal is to get down to about 190, i was weighing in at about 218. i am thinking that some sit-ups and push-ups might be helpful.

Im hating mine right now. Last time I called the adjuster, he answered the phone 'yeah?' I almost lost it.

USAA is a good company. They used to be the cheapest place around for insurance. They started raising the rates and I finally had to bail on them. I am thinking about calling them for a new quote to compare prices with my current insurance company.

I have my house and three cars covered with one place. Those rates have more than doubled in the last 4 years. I have had only one claim with them in 15 years and that was the damn Kamikaze deer.
