Well it still runs but I am not going to drive it until I get it right. I am going to haul it over to my friend in the valley. He has all the tools I need to fix it, I am tired of waiting for "special tools"

Took the 911 out for a spin.
It is safe to say the people here me coming from a mile away.
SSI's and an M&K exhaust is an awesome combo.
For sure I am opening up the second pipe of the exhaust. Right now it is capped off but I'm having a custom tailpipe fabricated.
This way I can drive with a loud dual out muffler and don't have to cut up the rear valance yet.

The little girl just burst out into tears. She and her brother were eating breakfast, looking at the box of a Crayola project kit. She suddenly looked at me, distraught, and cried out: "It says 6 and older and I'm just 4!" Tears literally erupted from her eyes, like miniature windshield washer jets. How does she get that projection?

You can't squirt tears out like washer jets? Maybe you need to clean your nozzles and change the fluids...a couple of chick flicks and a box of tissues ought to do it.

It's absolutely gorgeous here.

And a big thanks to the guys at TRE. I took the 930 over this morning, chatted with Dave and Jeremy, checked out the charging system, and diagnosed my tachometer problem as a tachometer problem. They lent me a thoroughly awesome grey tach they had left over from another project, and voila--no more swinging tach needle! At least not on the 7-mile drive home. So maybe I'll just drop off my old one at North Hollywood Speedo and see if they can fix it.

Have fun. My older dog kept eating my helo when ever I flew it, I haven't flow in for many years now. It'd be like starting over.

No sign of rain and the clouds appear to be clearing. Should be a good day here today. Having a few friends over for lunch, a mini wet the new house's head sort of thing. Slow roasting marinated lamb on the bbq.
