First time here on vacation. It's. Nice so far, but definitely makes me appreciate HHIs sign ordinances.......come on out tweeze, got a spare room in the rental.

Low key signage sucks. Stuff tends to blend in and its easy to miss things.
Besides, neon is an art form. Appreciate it, its a dying art. |

Sid I live above I-5 here in Tacoma. There is an electronic billboard next to the free that creates so much light I love it when the power is out....

If you owned a retail storefront you'd see my point. Restrictive sign codes make it hard for business to differentiate themselves. If you blend in, you get overlooked.... Simple as that....

i don't mind the retail but this is nuts. There is another one on the other side of the freeway that makes it own steam cloud when the conditions are just right.

When we lived in Hawaii they did not allow any billboards at all. I don't know if it still that way. It was a shock to come back to the mainland and see billboards everywhere.

Those are the way the outdoor ad industry is going. Put that up and then you can sell more ad spaces, and change them with a hell of a lot less work.

Fark signs, get a better product and attract a clientele with gps........pretty much the island motto. Even wall mart had to downplay their sign on hilton head.

And seriously, coke off a hookers ass is a difficult art form to master. They move too much and get really mad if you cut them when your setting up a line.....

Gps only works if you have a gps in your car.
